Disable Input Device

Is there a way to disable an Input device to stop unintendend triggering of its function?
I often touch my thermostat control when swiping through the pages, setting my heaters to different temperatures.

@Un.kn0wn no, there is not. Maybe the developer should add a confirm dialog.

Actually, I think we should bump this up to a feature request. It could prove very useful for test or maintenance purposes. Disabling would mean that the database keeps the last received value of the device, in the interface will be greyed out, and rules might not fire, but will not produce an error as happens with deleting a device.

@mwittig, marcus, do you think it’s possible to have xconfirm here?
