Solution for iOS location based Automation

We know Apple is not the company which make things cool. So HomeKit cant manage location based Automation for multiple iPhones with dependencies. e.g. when my wife leave the house before me, all lights turns off

Solution:
Create a DummySwitch for each Family member and set a location based Automation for each DummySwitch in HomeKit on every iPhone.
After that we can have some fun with Rules.

don’t get confused! if you have 5 family members, you have to set up 5 automations. on every iPhone one, but everyone can see all five. the only way to distinguish, is to look inside which dummy switch is deposited. again, kudos @apple! renaming things is for fools

yes. you need to setup a iPad Air 2 (and newer) or a apple tv 4 as a home kit hub.

my setup is pimatic where all devices are connected with. with pimatic-hap you can create a new bridge which is connected to my wife iPad

last but not least, my three rules

1. everyone has left:
when
dummyswitch_1 is turned off
and
dummyswitch_2 is turned off, then turn everything off

2. no one is at home, one arrives at home:
when
(dummyswitch_1 is turned on and if dummyswitch_2 is turned off)
or when
(dummyswitch_2 is turned on and if dummyswitch_1 is turned off), then turn everything on

3. one is already at home, the other comes later:
when
(dummyswitch_1 is turned on and if dummyswitch_2 is turned on)
or when
(dummyswitch_2 is turned on and if dummyswitch_1 is turned on), the turn on just the entrance
