Database Options in Device Edit

To edit device option in the web interface is a great improvement. In older versions of pimatic this was not possible and had to be done by editing the config.json file. Unfortunately this is still to be done for database store options of devices. I think it would be a good idea to put this option also to device edit part of the UI.

the main settings are still not provided as in-gui setup,
would be a nice feature.
