One more led strip dimmer

Hello!

I have this dimmer http://www.ebay.com/itm/DC-5-24V-6A-LED-Single-Color-Strip-Dimmer-Controller-with-RF-Wireless-Remote-/251721773214?hash=item3a9bc9709e:g:2TsAAOSw0vBUaZlH which have different proto. And I am going to add support of this dimmer in homeduino plugin.

I’ve made reverse the format of a packet. It has lengh of 32 bits. The format is: ID (16b) + CMD (8b) + XOR CS (1b).
