what are your latest changes on the pimatic system?
anything that you have added to the config, or maybe a new device?

what you can try to do is
cd /home/pi/pimatic-app/node_modules/pimatic
sudo npm install

this should install all dependencies again.

The Last thing what i die werde two updates (pimatic-hap and Shell-Extension) i think. After this the Problem occurs…

do you have copies of the database and config.json?

Yes i have Backups - mhhh new Installation?

maybe you coud try it with a fresh install and a new sd card.
better to install pimatic on a hdd or ssd
