I’m having troubles trying to rotate the log with the system’s log…
Would very useful to be able to configure rotation via settings config, as we do with debug or loglevel

You can build this easy with logrotate.d.
in “/etc/logrotate.d” a new file “pimatic”
/opt/pimatic-app/pimatic-daemon.log {
compress
dateext
maxage 365
rotate 99
size=+1024k
notifempty
missingok
copytruncate

I had configured the log that way, but it didn’t worked… I had other issues so I reinstalled the pi, and it worked again…
