support linebreak in rules

Hi,
just installed some new lights and the rules are really growing. Would be great if we could structure them a little bit with line breaks. Should be quite easy to implement, just strip them in the first step of evaluation. Supporting comments would also be great

hey yes, the idea with the comments is a good one!
maybe for devices this would be a good option too!

regarding the structure and the mentioned line breaks - so you want to structure it like

then …

With line breaks I menat the then part and the when part would also make sense if you have many conditions.
