The second one is breadboard friendly and offer more GPIOs
Would not use that one on a breadboard, the pins on the short side are connected wich each other on a breadboard
Where do you buy your hardware?

@NietGiftig
you can use the 201 on a breadboard of course!
for that you will have to either bend the uart pins or desolder and resolder them at the upper side (what is the better option imo).

Hello,
I´ve bought the “Wireless Door Window Magnet 433MHZ” … unfortunately for some reason i missed the info that it only sends “False” command.
Does someone know some cheap working door-contact switch which send TRUE and False ? (Door open or closed)

Who knows the 433mhz wireless leakage water sensor? Usefull for cellar water level or washer machines leakage indicator or? Its a wireless door window magnet lookalike device.
Relays/Switches (update)
Learning code 433mhz 220v relay device is working fine. You need to create a HomeduinoRFSwitch with a unique id and unit code. Than press the relay button for the learn modus. Then press the pimatic button on and off a few times. This should do it.
I had to connect it like this:
the max window contacts are quite cheap (14€)… http://www.elv.de/output/controller.aspx?cid=74&detail=10&detail2=39201
If you find others that are cheaper & supported let me know, I’m also looking for some

New 433mhz relay device delivered and will give a update soon…
I have bought these water-sensors, and they are working as expected, i have added them since one Week.
Btw. Magnetic-sensor: http://www.hans-hats.de/elro-home-easy-fernbedienbarer-funk-magnetschalter-he852-p-6138.html
for 11.99 from home-easy, they are supported, right?
I bought two of this multiple sockets. Works reliable and very fast with the pimatic-sispmctl plugin
Hello,
i have purchased the “10 pieces” Wireless Door Window Magnet 433MHZ.
But i have many problems with them, the reliability with homeduino is very bad, sometimes it does receive the right code, sometimes NOT.
I do not recommend these contact based senders!
@hyperx i (and a friend) bought the same actually and they are working smoothly the range is pretty good.
Are you sure it’s not on the receiver side?
pimatic rocks!
Just received these nrfs from this seller. recommended http://nl.aliexpress.com/item/Free-shiping-best-prices-10pcs-lot-NRF24L01-NRF24L01-Wireless-Module-2-4G-Wireless-Communication-Module/674686536.html?aff_trace_key=23695340647033257&sk=buRRna2BE:&cpt=1431181346608&recommendVersion=1&aff_platform=aaf
Damn, those are 2 cents cheaper then the ones I’ve bought
Always try the impossible!

I have currently ~30-40 receivers, mostly of them are working good…
It is strange… sometimes i can try more then 10 times and it is working good, but on the other day it works only on the 3rd try or so…
this pir is very good for low power sensor nodes combined with dht:

which protocol use this temperature/humidity station?

@christoph.ch you are kinda posting on the wrong topic.
Pimatic forum has a plug and play page of devices that are known to work. This is done by contribution of the users posting what works and what not.
Please see;
https://forum.pimatic.org/topic/35/supported-devices-plug-and-play
Your device is not in this list. This does not mean it wont work. The only way to know it is to make a topic for it, and hope someone has the same device, or just simply try it. Even then, maybe someone nice can create a protocol for you… Or, you can even try to do it yourself
Dont forget to post that it works so mwittig can update the list.

I own this device and it is listed in post 1 of this topic. The protocol is weather1. You can simply use device discovery to get the device setup in pimatic. With good batteries the device works for about 10 months at least and the transmission is very good in my case.
EDIT: I have also added it to https://forum.pimatic.org/topic/35/supported-devices-plug-and-play for reference
