for me this is an acceptable price/offer. most of the vendors sell this for prices of 40 Euro and above or you need to pay high shipping costs.

Would not use that one on a breadboard, the pins on the short side are connected wich each other on a breadboard

you can use the 201 on a breadboard of course!
for that you will have to either bend the uart pins or desolder and resolder them at the upper side (what is the better option imo).
