Mobile frontend spinbox of undefined

Getting following error in log and after the error im fully locked. Cant edit devices, re-order them etc.

[pimatic-mobile-frontend]client error: cannot read property 'spinbox' of undefined

I added a rule when it happend but to me it looks okay:

$cvtemp.temperatureSetpoint gets updated THEN set $setpointValue to $cvtemp.temperatureSetpoint

@mwittig no. I have rules that set a variable and that variable is used to execute a terminal command(bash).

Why variable:
Wife turns thermostat by hand, command gets value, stores in variable and adjusts gui accordingly. The dummythermostat gets it setpoint via variable.

It only happens when i enable that rule.

@Gleno0h Why not directing directing directly to “$cvtemp.temperatureSetpoint”-Variable in your DummyThermostate?

Asume someone turns thermostat by hand. The gui(setpoint) would not display the right value. Instead, i check the current set temp with a script and write the variable. That way my dummythermostat is always up to date.

@Gleno0h But isn’t it possible to update cvtemp.temperatureSetpoint directly after your script has read the data? in this way you would loose one variable to take care of.

No, i have tried it before but resulted in a error that it got a string instead of a number while it just outputs “20”… Non the less, i would like to know as to why this error locks pimatic completely because this could be a bug.

This error also only shows up on terminal and not on pimatic(because its locked)

Guess it is some unique bug, too bad i cant get it fixed. Ive changed the rules and seems to be gone.

strange though! if it is a bug it should be investigated further.
