phpmyadmin is running, how i get the pimatic database? or what’s the name of it?

Pimatic Database isn’t in phpmyadmin.

In phpmyadmin you make a new database for the volkszaehler tool…

Pimatic Database is the SQLite file in Pimatic-app folder…

phpmyadmin is for mysql and is indeed NOT for sqlite. For Sqlite your need phpliteadmin (https://www.phpliteadmin.org/)
You need to install sqlite3 to be able to access your sqlite database from the command line.
You could use DB Browser (http://sqlitebrowser.org/) as Gui frontend.
php itself allows you to access the pimatic sqlite3 database via the web (I do that myself).

Be careful when “playing” with your database when pimatic is running.
