[solved]Button Device from Shell

Hello,

i have a “Button Device” with this config which i like to toggle from shell:

But the button

is unknown…

How can i toggle the buttons of the button device?

Use following command

curl http://USER:PASSWORD@192.168.X.X/api/device/BUTTONDEVICEID/buttonPressed?buttonId=BUTTONID

Replace the UPPERCASE with your own details.

For example, i have a button device with name TV and id tv-cec, tv-cec is the buttondeviceid. It has 2 buttons, tv-on and tv-off, those are the buttonid’s

In your case it would be:

.../api/device/yamaha-avr/buttonPressed?buttonId=yamaha_hdmi1

Perfect, works like a charm.
Put it on my VU+ receiver and add it with MultiQuickButton to the remote
