how to use rapberrypi to control ws2813 led strip
Buy a Milight host and up to four Milight clients. That works well for me.
I don’t know the difference between your LED stripe and other ones but I illuminated four rooms with LED stripes controlled via Milight.
there’s no native way for that at the moment.
but there has been a project with a neopixel ring based on ws2812.

I don’t think this will work with WS2813B as the Milight LED Controller can only drive analog LED stripes. WS2812B and WS2813B are digital stripes where each LED can be controlled individually through a control circuit.
@alanwangwang @leader21 Despite building a mysensors device, it is also possible to integrate WS2812B stripes using using pimatic-led-light along with hyperion. See also https://forum.pimatic.org/topic/2028/hyperion-led-strip. However, note, this won’t give you means for controlling each led individually via pimatic. You still can do this by sending command to hyperion directly
