EventEmitter error

Sorry if this has been asked allready but I cannot find any topic just about this problem.

After starting PImatic I see the following error in my log:

I really have no Idea what to do with this.

I have the same errors on startup mostly with homeduino but also on other locations.

The general problem is that ActionHandler objects register for “change” and “destroy” events emitted by the given device. If you have many rule actions acting on the same device this will lead to more than 10 listeners for a given event on the device. For now, it is safe to ignore the error message and the action handling should work as expected.

We’ll work on a better sollution for channeling device events to action handlers.

@vanturenhout Do you have settings.debug enabled? Disable the debug action and the warning should be gone.

@vanturenhout Anyhow, as I said, it is safe to ignore the error message and the action handling should work as expected. The limit for event listeners with debug mode enabled will be extended with the next release

+1 for fixing this - I just finished creating a new plugin and started seeing this, thought I had done something wrong - came to the forum to post the issue then saw this - LOL
