Maybe I’m just too stupid but can not find anything to my question .

I would like to know if it is possible to control my outside with my handy. If it is absent for 30minutes and than log into my w-lan and is present the light switch on?!?

What is absent for 30 minutes?

For what I can get out of it:

if your phone is connected to the wifi then log a message and turn the light on? Don’t know what you mean with the 30 minutes absent.

But for toggling a light if your connected to the wifi:

if trigger: phone is present then turn light1 on and log "Light 1 is turned on!"

Do you want that the light only switch on if you are more than 30 minutes away?
You can do it with a variable.

if my_phone is absent for 30 minutes then set $i_am_away = 1

if trigger: phone is present and $i_am_away = 1 then turn light1 on and set $i_am_away = 0 and log "Light 1 is turned on"

I guess he wants the light turn on when he arrives at home…
so @sweebee s rule would do that but…
be aware that in order for this you need some kind of presence device with the name/id “phone”.
