i have install pimatic virtual in my Server.

Have somebody Lan Sensors in use or Lan Gateway in use?

I need sensors für temperature und humidity.

you can try espimatic with an esp8266 chip over wlan and use a dht22 sensor for temp and hum

Are you in favor of wireless sensors? If you’re looking for wired sensors, i.e. LAN sensors have a look at pimatic-johnny-five. To build a LAN sensor or gateway you can either use an Arduino with a LAN shield or a second raspberry if you like. On Arduino the Firmata sketch is used. My suggestion is to use the Si7020 temperature/humidity sensor which works very well. An Arduino Nano + LAN shield + Si7020 is available for less than 10 Euros.

You may use pimatic-mqtt module. For sensors on ESP8266 I recommend ESPEasy (supports many more sensor and actuators than ESPimatic) and sensors for LAN can be found on github many possibilities with MQTT (not just for Arduino).
In addition, you can control a lot of other things over mqtt, like Kodi, VLC, WS2812 (neopixel) etc.
For alarms you can use mqttwarn.

I have install on my esp8266 the ESPEasy Firmware. It sends to mqtt server the message, when i push the switch.

But i have some blackout for the pimatic config. Can you help me. Thanks.

Use OpenHUB protocol (de facto generic MQTT in ESPEasy).

For all Beginners my short Version Help. If you Need more help -> Use a internet searching machine
Buy:

• MB102
• CP2102
• ESP8266 ESP-01 blue colored modules

Put this parts together. If you see smoke. It was wrong.

For example:
ESP <-> USB-Adapter ; TX <-> RX , RX <-> TX , VCC <-> 3.3V , CH_PD <-> 3.3V , GND <-> GND , GPIO0 <-> GND

Download:

• Firmware image R78
• nodemcu-flasher

Flash the ESP8266

it’s only for flashing, cut GND von GPIO 0

Connect to the Wlan - ESP_0

Makes the config for your Wlan.
Makes the config for the Sensor.
Makes the config for Mqtt Server

Install mqtt Server (like Mosquitto) on the pimatic Server.

Makes the config for the pimatic-mqtt plugin.

And that it is.

I cannot believe that.

The DHT22 Sensor will not work. In the browser it print "nan"
I have put the DS18b20 at the same port and it work.

Yes, as I mentioned earlier use Si7020 or Si7021. As far as I can see these sensors are also supported by ESPeasy. The sensor is cheap and works very well in my setup. On the contrary, I had no luck with DHT22/11. It is probably due to production quality issues in my case as I bought relatively cheap ones.

You can use multiple devices, you must set up each device on the line another address.

My Temperature Sensor will not work correctly.
The different to other Temperature Sensor 0,6 °C or more.

If you look at the specification sheet you see a 0.3-0.4 C accuracy for the Si7021.
It can therefore be that one sensor always gives the temperature - 0.3 C and the other gives temperature + 0.3. If you want absolute precision you need to calibrate your sensors. In the formulation field of your sensor (in espeasy) you can then use %value%-0.3 for example. I did that as wel for one of my ds18b20 sensors (and I was far too lazy to do it for the others)

My precision was between +2 or +3.
The precision of -0.3 or +0.3 it is ok for me.
But i have forget to write, that i have put the sensor und esp8266 on a board.
If I put more disance between sensor and the esp8266 with cabel ( 5 cm )
The senor shows the right themperature.

I do not know why but it is so

I will have more answers at next time.

If you touch the CPU of your ESP you will feel it gets warm. I do not know how much warmth is dissipated but if the temp sensor is really close to the CPU I can imagine it gets warmer.
But that’s some guessing from my side.

I am using a clone of the Arduino Ethernet Shield which is based on the Wiznet W5100 ethernet chip.
