I have a running setup without any changes in the last few days. Yesterday morning Pimatic was crashed and the Pi was unavailable on SSH.
Reboot, see coming it online again and crash again. Reboot and all working fine. Didn’t investigate to much, but lokked relate to homeduino.
Later that day Pimatic was dead again.Reboot and the log mentioned some weird homeduino errors. Becasue the crash was on the moment the heating was on (and the crash didn’t released the relay) I disconnect homeduino en restarted.
No problems today (without homeduino). Connected the homeduino and restarted
I got some weird errors:
18:51:58.355 [pimatic-homeduino] error: Couldn't start receiving: Error Input/output error calling write(...).
Disconnect completed
18:51:58.580 [pimatic-homeduino] error: { cause: [Error: Error Bad file descriptor calling write(...)],
18:51:58.580 [pimatic-homeduino] error:> isOperational: true }
When these errors occurs, it takes down the entire OS with it. Replace the homeduino with a spare I had and restarte. Looks like no errors so far.
Is it just as simple as a dying arduino? Any ideas?
(edit: previous errors removed, problably due to some scripts)
