How is pimatic-BLE working?

Hello there,

how is the piratic BLE Plugin working?
I want to get a message when a defined BLE device is sending an advertise and hoped that with the BLE plugin i can check for devices, but somehow i have absolutely no plan what to do with the plugin.
Can you guys maybe help me out?
