[Implemented] Temperature offset (weather-,temperaturedevice)

Hi all, is there someone who could implement a offset setting to calibrate the temp sensors.
I know that this is possible by adding a variables device, but for 4 temp devices i need another 4 variables devices and my config is very big.

The HomeduinoRFTemperature has this already implemented.

It should also work for HomeduinoRFWeatherStation.

for weather it does not work. but for rftemperature it works.
