[Solved]Rule for washing machine is finished with FritzDECT200

I try to get a pushbullet push message after the washing machine is finished.
With my FritzDECT200 pimatic shows me the actual used power of the machine , while it runs it uses up to 2000W for heating, after that it uses 130W-185W, after finishing it goes down to 1,78W.

How to create a rule, that push me a message, after the power usage increase >200W and than falling down <8W for 2 minutes.

Please help.

first create a variabe called $washing

If powerusage > 200 and $washing is 0 then set $washing to 1 and pushover message:"start washing"

If $washing is 1 and powerusage < 8 for 2 minutes then pushover message:"wash is finished" and set $washing to 0
