Where is my fault?
Hello together,
maybe someone may help me.
Since yesterday I tried to configure a 1wire connection. As I read in some tutorials I conneted my DS18B20 with 3.3Volt, put a 4.7kOhm resistor between 3.3V and Data. The dataconnection is on pin GP2. In /boot/config.txt I added
dtoverlay=w1-gpio,gpiopin=2,pullup=on
then reboot. After the reboot I added in the command line :
sudo modprobe w1-gpio
sudo modprobe w1-therm
Now I thaught I will find in /sys/bus/w1/devices the ID Codes for my DS18b20. Following the filelist of devices.
pi@raspberrypi /sys/bus/w1/devices $ ls -al
total 0
drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 0 Nov 28 13:09 .
drwxr-xr-x 4 root root 0 Nov 28 12:51 …
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 0 Nov 28 13:09 00-180000000000 -> …/…/…/devices/w1_bus_master1/00-180000000000
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 0 Nov 28 13:09 00-e80000000000 -> …/…/…/devices/w1_bus_master1/00-e80000000000
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 0 Nov 28 12:51 w1_bus_master1 -> …/…/…/devices/w1_bus_master1
Here I expected id’s starting with 10-xxxxxxxc or perhaps 20-xxxxxxxx.
I used several sensors but there is no difference. (ok. the numbers behind - where different) but all started with double zero.
Thanks for your assistance and every help.
I changed my installation last week from pilight/pimatic to pimatic only and everything works fine, - but I also need the temperatursensor. It would be very nice if someone has an idea.
