[Pimatic-Location] Doesn't report right location

Hello,

I am a new user of the Pimatic-Location apk (i was using an iDevice previously).
Something that i can’t understand is that from time to time Pimatic-Location send bad location info to pimatic.

For example this morning my phone was at home and pimatic-location reported most of the time a correct location, but at 10 am and 10:56 it reported a “far” away value (ie 548 m and 2.7 km).
I don’t think that i can blame Pimatic-Location for that and maybe more my phone or android.

So do you also have same glitches sometimes with your Pimatic-Location apk?
My parameters are
interval : 600000
interval-limit : 300000
Priority : optimized
and into the log i can see that the provider is fused.

So do you have same xp than me, are you using another apk or parameters?

I tried with another app from here https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mendhak.gpslogger
Results seems to be stable with that app and it’s seems that i don’t see glitches that i have with pimatic-location.
The thing is maybe due to the fact that gpslogger use the GPS positioning and that pimatic-location gets the position from another service that determines what is the best known position (so 4G antenna, wifi, and GPS)…

Can you also use that other app to send data to pimatic or did you only test it to see if it is stable?

Yes the second app can report also the location using this URL :
